Twincam running temperature ?;
just got my twincam going and seems to be running a little hot , ive got the vr4 gauge sensor wired to the factory gauge and it reads just over half way , ive gone out and brought a aftermarket one so i can get a much clearer indication . Wat sort of temperature do they usually run happy at ?

yea the water is always circulating so it doesnt have time to sit in the block to actually warm up before being released into the radiXNAY wrote:is it that on more short distance trips the car will never heat up to the correct operating temperature?!
some track cars run no thermostat as they get warmed up and then the shit thrashed out of them non stop till the end of the race
on a road car i think it does more harm than good
if you cant keep your car cool with a thermostat in it then your cooling system is inadequite
