Flipping through a book I have about "high tech engines" from the 90s.. i find an articule about using the wolf 3d fr a custom tuning job in the early days..

by the rego plate , that would make it at least mid to late 97 , then again the article could have been written a few years later , id say the article would be less than 10years old .

rego plates are released in sequence , according to year ,
thats how it works down here in vic , not sure about the other states .
i have been in the auto trade too long , stupid things like vin numbers rego year engine number sequences are locked in my head .
