Hey is their any one in NZ that's got a spare exhaust manifold :D 4 sale and in good nick....My current one is stuffed, looks like been over heated and bent the divder things inside which can't be corrected

I dont have one for sale but when you say "divider thing" is it a pronounced as in big coz if it is then I think you just stuffed a split pulse version.

These are available new in Australia from a place in Melbourne at about AUD$600 + GST. If you're in NZ then you have to add exchange rate + shipping to that.

Split pulses second hand a like rocking horse poo.

wherethe turbo bolts on, the out side cylinders are seperate from the inside ones until it hits the hole then it becomes one, I'll do at picture of it and Yes I Live in NZ Hamilton

here's a pic of it, you can't tell inthe pic but it's also cracked and the piece in the centre should be straight which can't be bent back DOH!

Yeah it partly can be, but the xhaust place said it may cause problems becasue that part travels right thru and round to the exhaust ports. It's not designed to just have the cetre part just cut out

A standard exhaust manifold doesn't have a centre section at all.

hey dudes, got hold of a brand new manifold :) Mitsubishi motors are getting one from japan 4 me 4 about 350+ for me so I'm pretty pleased with that price..

why is that called split pulse? it is nothing like any of the split pulse setups I have built. you need a split turbo for it to work. granted those might flow better than one without the webbing, but I am fairly sure they arnt 'split-pulse'. anyway, there worth something? I have one to fit a VR4, 1 to fit a cordia and 3 to fit starions. but the cordia and starion ones are currently under 3tone of scrap metal (bottom of the scrap bin) but i might try to rescue them when the bin gets emptied if i am around.
