If its not broken. Don't fix it
If it's off a HG Gallant 2 litre it should bolt on but u will have 2 reverse the TBody & work out a new wayto route the water from the thermostat to the radiator (not hard )
I've had mine since 03 07 92
85 JB 2323cc DOHC 4G63

That's an NZ model SB Galant - HG/HH is only applicable for Australia. That's a 4G63 SOHC MPI engine, 9.1:1 compression ratio. The 4G37 in the NZ model Galants were carburettored. It does not look identical to a 4G37, the spark plugs on a 4G37 are equally spaced apart while on the SOHC 4G63 are they bunched together, and the valve cover clearly shows this with the indents.
It will look like a Hyundai Sonata manifold because the Hyundai Sonata 2L engine is a direct clone of the Mitsubishi 4G63 and they share a multitude of parts.
The throttle body will have to be 'cut and shut' from one end of the manifold to the other, as if that manifold was fitted to a 2L Starion as-is, the throttle body would be pointing towards the firewall and that's not ideal for any decent piping. The upper radiator hose will have to be extended and the thermostat housing spun around 180 deg too.
Sorry to get all technical, but I've had many of that shape Galant and they are almost my specialty :P
