Bumps from rearend with gear change ???

I've a JB and have traced the dull bump to the torque tube. ( I think)
You can rotate it about 2cms...I dont know if this is common to other RWD cars , but if any one can suggest a fix.

If u can move it as u say then it would appear that both the torque tube and diff mounts are cactus & need replacing
