Thats so true.... Im afraid i have no choice on it. Legal aid is just crap and i dont want crap support on a subject like my daughter. Thats for the x...she can have legal aid.

Flav I would suggest looking in the yellow pages for the biggest add and I would ring up a few places to get ideas on how efficient they really are, and I would pay the biggest price. That would be what I would do. :beer

Sorry never needed a lawyer for this reason. Hope you get what you are after.

Yeah, i got one through a guy here in Melb. Got a fair whack of paperwork to do now.

Make sure you fill out the forms, if they do it, I think they charge by the letter. LOL

If your lawer falls thu i know a great criminal lawer but he very similar to his customers meaning a crook but he knows how to twist the system his way and he gets things done.Last resort.

I have spoken to a crim Lawyer, they cant do much but i have been ref: to a faimily lawyer. Thing is i look this guy up on the net and i think the x has worked with him before. Wait and see what the guy says as i sent him an email and it may end up a conflict of interest. I hate waiting for these poofters to email and call...everyday that goes past is fkn hard enough.
