I am doing a garage cleanout mild steel 3 inch dump for a tco6 Starion exh housing $50 Original exhaust manifold no cracks $200 Adaptor flange for starion exhaust manifold to a t28 turbo cost a bit to make $150 Working order map sensor$100 Working order dash cluster $150 Pick up only

will it fit a factory US TD05?

It appears to be the same as the TC05 that is on it now, it has 2 separate round flanges but the one for the wastegate is capped.
Is that how they are normally or is mine different?

I am sorry i cant transfer photos it looks like the right flange off the turbo but the center bolt is at the top of the three bolt flange cant say for sure

yep the dump pipe SHOULD fit as the yank TD05 ex housings are same shape as our TC06's TC05's etc
Fibreglass airdams $370, fibreglass front bumpers $260, reco drag links $165, alloy radiators $925 (unpolished), h/l switch rebuilds $125, all plus freight.

Just suspect the Flange is not on right angle

I will take it and give it a go if you're willing to chuck it in the mail?
I'm a fitter & turner so I can mod it easily enough if need be I just don't have access to all the gear I need to make my own nowadays.

i just checked my widey and the 3 bolt flange has the top bolt right at the top..

Cant cut the flange and reposition it because the 3 inch 90 deg pipe has been dinted to clear bolts
