Yep ya right makes me think.
I think I feel like some cheese and pate' followed by a mixed grill with some eggs and bacon, washed down with a nice glass of milk and some yummy icecream or maybe a pav for desert. :D
It is a pity I can't find a nice bit of veal around here, all I can get at the local butchers is chewy old yearling steak. :(

Working in maintainance and construction on chicken farms, as well as knowing growers, I can't agree with the meat bird analysis entirley, at least not in Australia.
