Brendan, nice looking motor :D can you still get at the plugs with the turbo in place ??? Are you using an external gate ?? who made the manifold looks very neat

I welded a couple of extra cylinders on :) It's easy to do!.. actually 2JZ-GTE for those who don't know.

Old Fart - I assume you're talking to me?

- Plugs are in the top of the motor so no dramas there.

- External gate - currently 32mm, but will probably put a bigger one on

- Manifold is chinese cheapo - it's surprisingly good though - it's been modified though to reposition the wastegate.

If all goes well, this thing may be running by early 2008.. i've been saying this for a while, but i'm very determined right now. Just got to sell my Falcon first.. anyone want a low km XR6T? :)

Should be able to get to plugs still. External gate will be going on there. Manifolds not finished as waiting to fit motor to car before deciding on wastegate position.

Holy Crap! What are you going to call it - Mitsubishi Supra ? rofl rofl
That thing will be pretty loose with that much power. Good stuff!

Mmmm.... 3 liters of 2jz goodness :D Any engine capable of 500+Hp on stock
internals is :drool:

A friend of mine has put a 2JZ GTE into his 1982 Supra and just had it on the dyno - results were 354hp atw :drool:
