whats the diffrence when it comes to head and block, head got diffrent cams and ? block missing the oil squirters ? possible to mount them after ? Do u realy need them ? see that many gets rid of them when tuning and getting forged pistons ? To get better oil pressure where needed ?
Thanks :)

vroooom pttshhh!! :D
There are even differences in where the N/A block comes from.
US 4g63 N/A's don't have oil squirters or knock sensor
EU 4g63 N/A's have the oil squirters and the knock sensor
According to the overhaul manual there are also various different cams.
I'm going to use a DOHC that came from a '90 Galant GTI
It has the squirters and knock sensor and as far as I can tell only the pistons are different.
So if you intend to use forged pistons, bigger turbo, injectors and cams then it doesn't matter if you start with a N/A engine or Turbo.
You can even plug the eprom of a turbo ecu in the N/A ecu and it'll work like a turbo ECU, provided you use a rom from a turbo ecu with the same circuit board (tested this myself)
