heya all
what stage im at with my stazza
its a 83 JA
all usual stuff
sports steerer
boost controller (10psi)
monsta tacho
boost gauge
big stereo
front mount IC (to be piped up)
BOV
remote alarm
turbo timer
some parts of interior custom (to be finished)
custom driver side front guard and nose cone
to be done:
finished paint(ford acid rush gold, with black pearl)
16' chrome rims
2 1/2' sports exhaust with canon
coltspeed front bar (bumper + airdam in one 3kg piece)
standard rear bar customised
cam
finish interior

love the gauge face, and how can you guys strip them so far back?? i'd be too scared i never put it back together.. lol
hows the gold / black pearl look??

ive stripped every project back this far atleast (no 22 project car the stazza is)
the gold with black pearl is on the gauge face, notice the difference (besides the black throw dots) and the gold on the car, it looks deeper
but thanks for the kind words champ
(xmas holidays from work certainly came in handy for the stazza and work around the house) :beer oh and a bit more than usual on the :beer rofl

At least the gauge surround colouring matches the passenger side of the car

yeah true
just wanted to put a flash coat on to see if my panelwork in those areas was good, was impressed so been hookin in hard
hopefully should have car body done by sunday, then do doors, bonnet etc and throw back together, 2-3 final coats then cut, clear, cut n buff
hope all goes to plan
as for the otherside its still in guide coat coz they were the damaged areas
lil more panelwork still

Wow, loving that colour man, really looks tits. Your a lucky bastard, no rust on that panel just infront of your windscreen, in the middle. Mines eaten to shizzle there.

yeah pretty stoked, bought stock with 3 weeks rego for $800
only rust was in bottom pass door, cut out and replaced now, just bit of hail damage to fix up

Do you plan to fit white guages on your instrument cluster too as that would complete the look and match with your boost guage. Its all looking good but how did u manage to take a photo on the 29 when you made the post on the 28th, tell us your time travelling secrets :D

yep white gauges with black lettering in plans aswell
coz i took batteries out of camera to charge it stuffs the date up on it, sorry should of fixed that (really i made a special delorian) :beer rofl
