I think it might be a yankee option only. Ive seen a few of those spoilers on the chrysler conquests.

Some import ones came with one aswell, but its slightly different, made or translucent purple perspex, bolts to the boot hinges and has Starion painted on each side. I'll try and find a piccie after work.

The spoiler on the top is called a supra style spoiler. They came stock on the celica supras here in the us. Even here in the us they are considered pretty rare and if you have one they are worth some change.
