how to upload a video

i'm just wondering how can i upload a video of me in my red JA hitting some boost ??? file size is 19mb
I would usually suggest using my server but I have just taken down the upload script that does the non-image uploads cause some idiots found the link and have been using it to upload other stuff (was a private thing, not given out to anyone).
