That stolen front bar does look pretty good, I think you need to enroll it in a prolonged fitness programme however. (Make it faster).

It took me quite a bit longer than that, I didn't want to risk damaging the trim so I took the back seat and side panels out.. Then I had issues with the thread that holds the seatbelt bolt in place - the plate that holds it there was all rusted and didn't stay in place, so I had to hold it there with duct tape :x
