They are 7" rims. You could run 205-215. In the picture they are 215X40 ZR17.

they look great...
I am just about to buy a set of 17x7 rims...
I want to put on 235/45/17 rubber, (roll diameter is almost identical to the factory rubber of 215/60/15)
What are you thought on going 235/45/17??
I have been told that that it is too wide for a 7" wide rim...
The other option is 225/40/17???

For reference:
195/70 14 = 628.6mm
215/60 15 = 639.0mm
225/50 16 = 631.4mm
225/45 16 = 608.9mm
245/50 16 = 629.9mm
215/40 17 = 603.8mm
225/40 17 = 637.2mm
235/45 17 = 643.3mm
225/40 18 = 637.2mm
235/40 18 = 645.2mm
235/35 18 = 621.8mm
265/35 18 = 642.7mm
285/30 18 = 628.2mm
215/35 19 = 633.1mm
225/35 19 = 640.1mm
235/35 19 = 647.1mm
265/30 19 = 641.6mm
275/30 19 = 647.6mm
305/25 19 = 635.1mm
225/35 20 = 665.5mm
225/30 20 = 643.0mm
The ones in bold are illegal as they are more than 15mm larger in rolling diameter.
You're also only allowed to go 50mm wider than the largest factory fitted tyre, but I've found the Police not to care, as long as they are under the guards. I've been pulled over with 285/30 18s several times with no incident.

I would not go wider than a 225 on a 7" rim. The sidewalls bag out and it's sort of like having a roll of fat that moves around when you change direction.
