Progress pics of what I did yesterday in the spare hour or two that I had.

All intercooler piping removed (first pics)

Intercooler removed, other bits and pieces coming off, radiator drained

First bit of worrying stuff cropped up when I found out that the rear 2 nuts on the exhaust manifold simply weren't there at all. The 2 rear bolts were not securing the manifold at all :o

Should have everything off next weekend and then the rebuild can start

Yeah it was an interesting one. Didn't even realise that it was there till I pulled the cooler piping off.

its a very quick staz, first staz i went in and how i got hooked.

Nah mate hasn't been on the dyno. Will go onto the dyno once the multipoint is done. Hoping for similar power figures to mrb1 (around 200-210hp atw)

yeah u should see those sort of figures!
that car used to fucking eat heaps of cars without multipoint, so with multipoint that should help then a aftermarket ECU and ull be done!

Nah missed nothing, just poking a bit of fun at a comment Ben made a while ago on the Commodore forum which I found a bit amusing at the time. Nothing you've done.

The car is actually a bloody nice one to be honest.
