Thanks for the positive feedback guys. We all think our baby is the best but it is always nice to get encouragement from your peers :wink:

Merlin, I've been taking it for *little* drives thanks to VicRoads' Unregistered Vehicle Permit, which allows you to drive from home to a recognised vehicle workshop, or an Austarion cruise, or a nice twisty piece of road :twisted:

Sir GSR, came in at $1800 due to the fact that I did all of the dismantling and reassembly and wasn't in a hurry to get it done.

Stazzy, yep all the little bits of trim got a going over too. I've even experimented with some vinyl paint on the door trims and windscreen surrounds; they came up looking great but I'm not too sure how durable the finish will be.
