Ignore the BMW in the middle.

Quickly took that shot this morning before the white one was sent away. Its going in to storage. I did get some pictures of it, which I'll upload with pictures of the EX as well. EX is absolutely fantastic to drive, I don't know how I lived without a TC06 and intercooler before

I had to go get some coloured stickers yesterday as well, so I could keep track of what key was for what car. They all look the same :?

What's with the badge on the back of the II?

I'm so jealous of your collection, you're a lucky lucky man :glare:

Yeah it appears some knob installed a Mitsubishi logo in the wrong place :S The body is awesome, but the engine needs some TLC, it sounded like a diesel this morning, and apparently its drinking the oil (its travelling back to Hamilton as I write this). We put the black leather in because the factory front seats had stains and really needed to be retrimmed.

As for the EX, I didn't get the pictures I wanted because the bloody camera batteries went flat :x

But here is some that I did manage to get.

Yep

And it has a history of never failing a WOF, so I guess nobody cares about the legalities of it. Also the VTNZ states its illegal, but its not actually in the WOF guide book, so that might be why. I would have been happy with the standard lights, but I like the tinted too.

haha almost forgot. Somebody spotted two girls (gf and sister) driving a white Starion down to Wellington and rang up Newstalk ZB talking about it and asking if anybody has a Starion for sale because he really wants one.

Put a smile on my face when I heard that.

Haha, imagine the look on that mans face if he saw your driveway with half the remaining Starion population sitting there! :D

My JA has perfect motor - FMIC - forgies - high flow head but...rusted front guards and keyed on every panel. Time to get serious or time to take it to the tip.

Sunday :pimp

But unfortunately I am out of money now. Savings have all dried up. So the GSR-X will be waiting for a paint job a little while longer now.

The good news is that the white one only needs a small hole welded in the exhaust (cheap as) and I have three road-legal Starions. Also checked the red one for rust today, none at all :D It had a radar detector in it as well. All wired in nice and tidy. Couldn't work out how the hell to turn it on though, then last night I turned on the interior lamps and viola - it is wired to the passenger reading lamp. Its a very tidy and convinent way to hook it up though, since that small light is basically useless anyway.

The GSR-III gets picked up Saturday 10AM in exchange for beer.
