My front mount turned up, its a 300x450 bar and plate. Work was slow so fabricated the top mount, removed the bar and trimmed the bumper support bracket for the silicon hoses. Still have to make the bottom brackets

what are peoples thoughts on this clutch in a stage 2+ ....?
http://specclutch.com/cars/Mitsubishi/S ... 983/Single

we have fitted two of these at work, one was in a audi s4 awd 5 cylinder turbo, was a great clutch but combined with a alloy billet flywheel was nosiey when cold. Other was one fitted to a turbo saab 9-5..

I emailed spec and asked the diameter of the clutch plate, they replied saying it is 8 7/8 inches or 225 mm, anyone see any reasons why it wont work with my flywheel?

Anyway here are some more pics, this is a sonata manifold, you can see in the pics I'm modifying it to correct the water flow back to standard, rear thermostat is cut off and a heater hose outlet made up, front has the water port ground out and ill run the water outlet into a remote thermostat.

Also head studs arrived so i fitted them up.

SPEC makes a top quality clutch, you cannot go wrong. Pretty sure the 225mm is the correct size for your g63b. The noise seemed to be the puck clutches and went away after some break in time.

thanks for the feedback guys!
Ive gone with a clutch from top end performance from the us.. hopefully it will be ok. went with a camshaft from camtech, stage 2, got it dialled in abd the engine finally all together. going to try and get it in the car over xmas.

had to relieved the rocker cover to clear the arp head studs too which was annoying, and also had to shorten the studs as they were excessivly long.

I, and many others, would say the exact opposite (and worse) things about T.E.P. Hopefully the clutch they resold you at marked up prices is a good one, that's a long way for return shipping!!
