Took the red starion to Baskerville yesterday. Did a few laps. The gearbox I got off Redzone held together nicely. My lap times were not any faster the last time I was there.

Took a few photos

Anthony's nissan thing has a RB30 block with a RB26 head. He lost control on the corner before the hill at baskerville. Ended up on the other side of the tyre wall on his roof. He has a saw neck.

Dave, I will come up to the Longford Revival on that weekend, and meet up. We will have to have a beer in the pub and check out the picture of your Father.

Callan, The car handles better, The back wheels seem more settled just after really hard baking. I used to have to wait a while for the back to settle after hard braking, now I can start turning in ealier. No under steer. The Back tyres were really hard all morning, been sitting around a few years, had to wear down to some good rubber before they started to grip. Im getting keen to buy a new set of those tyres, I think they will be amazing. I did a 1:04.2 which is about the same as before, I thought I would be quicker.

a low 1.04 is pretty good. lachlan's times fluctuate a fair bit even on the same tyres. the track may have been pretty green aswell. i reckon you could do 3's on a good track. you could convert your car to improved production specs and join the club get a discount, think they're couple hundred bucks a tyre.

:o He has a SAW neck ? Hell as a builder I could use him at work. Does he find it difficult to eat ? Does he need to get it sharpened very often..........................oh you meant a SORE neck as in painful. Sorry my mistake.

Vulpes, Did you get a beating when you were young for poor spelling?
It is disappointing however that even business names are deliberately using incorrect spelling.

Callan, you mean 35 psi of tyre pressure when hot? I has about 26 psi cold, I should pump them up a bit.

Hi Allan good to see the red beast finished unharmed :D
I wouldn't suggest more than say 28 psi cold because if the preasure rises too much they will get too hot & a bit skatey Its just that you have to experement a bit to find what suits you & the Staz
How is the trail brakeing going as well as the later apexes and don't get on the power too soon exiting corners :beer
