Hitchy's Staz new Paint and wheels

Post by Hitchy »

Hi All,

Got my Starion back from Panel Shop on Tuesday after getting the paint freshened up. Also have had windows tinted and fitted new 16x7 Superlites (offset +12) with 225/50R16 Toyo R1Rs. I'm really happy with how it's come up.

It's been off the road for while whilst I fixed a few issues with the engine and turbo, along with making improvements (ralliart camshaft, better flowing mandrel bent crossover pipe, turbosmart BOV). Also had to get it re-registered down south after moving from Queensland back to Victoria. For some reason it was a little more difficult to get the roadworthy down here than up north. Could have something to do with the dodgy bloke I took it to in QLD.

Anyway I would like to thank Enthuzed for supplying a few rare and hard to get bits often exhausting his own supply. If it wasn't for him I couldn't have got it going or registered. Thanks Mate :beer

Hope you like the pics

I think he found a new Starion somewhere and just changed the wheels or he has a time machine. LOL

Well done for posting here Hitchy.
I like the pics, by the looks those TAFE boys did a great job.
You would have gotten my email so you should already know what I think.
I got your latest email with the Lancer Rally car though I haven't really looked at them yet.
Re my stock, you're welcome & it's good that the parts live on in a very worthy example. Again, well done both in and out.
