92 Eagle Talon

Not sure if you guys ever got anything like this. 1992 Eagle Talon, same as Mitsu Eclipse. Turbo, 5speed, AWD, pretty much a 2 door VR4. This is what I tinker with and unlike my Starion's, it actually runs. lol. My kids love riding in it, Mrs. is scared shitless of it, and the import punks hate to see me driving it.

Head o-ringed by BR and ported by John Shepherd (titanium valve springs)

Body is pretty rough. I've got a new hood and fender in process of being installed. Tip top mechanical shape though. Hopefully I'll get some bigger injectors and a dyno tune in the near future. If I don't sell it first.

I've seen these on the US forums and sites a bit and gotta say I really like them.

Your's looks to be a very nice example, as you say once the body is tidied up you'll have a very respectable car that goes hard and isnt run of the mill.

Thanks for posting up about it. I love reading/seeing things from stateside especially with background shots showing a little of the country/landscape/homes etc. Gives us a bit of insight into your lifestyle and way of living which is edumacational and opens our eyes to different cultures.

yeh they look the goods eh.. engine shoulda been mounted 90 degrees clockwise but oh well :)

the first drag in fast n furious was with an eclipse..

awaesome, i remember thee from when i lived in the states. The interior is fantastic ( apart from the fact your steering wheel is on the wrong side :) ) AWD would be great in the winter there huh !
