Hi Everyone,

Was looking through all my collection of Starion magazine articles and found this in a issue of Australian Rallysport Magazine. i have seen this car in action and up close and it's awesome. The was originally prepared by Mitsubishi for David Officer to run in the Australian Rally Championship and selected rounds of the Asia Pacific Rally Championship. Brian The guy who owns it now really looks after this car I can guarantee it is better condition than of lot road going Starions even though it gets thrown around the bush and believe you me Brian's not scared to let it of the leash, Just for information of all you guys based in Melbourne, David Officer owns & operates Officer Smith Automotive in Nth Melbourne, What he doesn't know about Turboed Mitsubishis isn't worth knowing especially Starions. If you looking for someone to look after your Staz he's the man to see. When I lived in Melbourne he was the only one I trusted to work on my car. Also if he lets you have a look at his brag board in his office, it's a shrine to Classic Mitsubishi Rally Cars, from the last 40 years. There is also if i remember rightly a photo of him in an early RWD Galant going sideways across a log sleeper bridge in Tassy only thing is the car has flicked a full length of Sleeper about 4ft in the air behind it, It's an awesome photo!!! Enjoy the article

Great article, we need more like that. Thanks, Hitchy.

If my JB rally project looks as half as good as that, I'll be more than pleased. I love the "Martini" colour scheme.
