Bummer... :(
But that's racing for ya. It's good to see you getting use out of the car and not just posing with it.
That bail of hay did nothing to help save that the car. They must be for decoration
It's funny but a lot of time a can will come back better after a prang like this. You get a chance to do things to the car that you wanted to do but thought that it can wait for another day.
Don't stress.

How many cars these days can sustain that kind of damage, & still keep driving, most would be trailered away & probably written off.
Its encouraging to note just how tuff these older cars really are, especially as I'm currently building one as a Rally car.
Let us know just what was required to fix the oops !
I'm sure that every single part you need can be found here on this forum.
Don't let it deter you, but these things happen in motor sport, but hopefully not too often.
Hang in there, & good luck next time out.

thats a shame but at least it's minor damage really!
at least no JB bars were harmed in the filming of the incident.

They are a tuff car. Radiator ok, intercooler ok. oil cooler ok, power steering cooler ok. Motor undamaged. I have a spare starion shell. So I will have something going again for the next event.
It was a really good day up to that point.

bugger!
Let me know if you don't have a guard , head light grill etc as I have a heap of red spare bits off my JA parts car which might help.
