Today I got the best birthday present ever:
The boost was limited around 16psi to keep the injectors within their duty cycle. The tune is fantastic, it's like driving a brand new starion!
So when are we cruising?!?!?

Hmm what mods - it's been so many small steps over the past few years so I'll try and remember....
- Coltspeed built the motor with forgies, some headwork and other secret Rons business
- L300 manifold
- RPW stage 2 cam
- VR4 injectors
- Motec M4 Pro
- TD06 17C
- Twin VR4 coils + magnecor leads
- 3" mandrel exhaust
So a big thank you to everyone who has helped out over the years - Cookie, Wantsom, Merlin, Beer and of course Husband!

Its the "bad boy" turbo according the blue furry one. LOL
Sydney guys, if you need tuning work, Mark at MRC is the guy to see. Very professional and no BS. Takes his time and works it through very thoroughly to produce the results.
ps - Hoonie, that graph tells you when to change gears

Great work...
How long was it on the dyno for?
I have to get mine tuned soon. What are the costs like at MRC?
When are you going to put it down the 1/4 mile? :D

You pay for what you get is the best way of answering that.

save up some money, get it dyno'd, THEN worry about paying for it. tis cheaper than another engine rebuild because of a cheap tune..

Mark is very reasonable - doesnt rip you at all. The thing is his hourly rate is cheaper than some of the "name' places but on a par with most, but he spends the time and time is the difference between an average tune and a good one.
