You might be getting a bit close to the bonnet. Mine sits a lot higher than stock - an extra 50mm(?) of adapters and it could be trouble.

confirmed today it will be fine, has an inch from the top of the comp cover to the bonnet. the height of my adapter is 55mm. it all looks like it will go on pretty sweet actually!

got the GT30 on now, power comes on at 3700 rpm, would expect that to lower to about 3200 with MPI on it. misses the scoop bonnet by about an inch to the comp housing, the air intake pipe though is a bit of an abortion after i had to "clearance" it LOL

currently fitting an extra injector, run from a jaycar driver, which takes a reference from an original injector neg pulse and modifies it according to a user set map.. had this setup on a mate's piazza, worked very very well....

1 bar :)

yes it's a bit lean up top, hence the adding an additional injector!

dont have any pics handy as yet, coming soon though.

still makes boost really low, still torquey as hell down low, engine is a lot less rattly since my last minute engine rebuild. extra injector will be a stop gap until the gem's done and i slap multipoint on it, i've got most of the bits there, i'll use a TR magna manifold with a magna head i reckon.

That'll haul I reckon .... and make for a really nice, torquey power band :beer
