Nice HP figure Glen. What's the torque, got a graph?
Are the motor internals stock?
Reduce fuel costs by 15-20% & cut emissions by 1/3rd...
Increase engine performance & prolong engine life...
How?

270hp in an mx5 would be about the most fun you could have in a street car i reckon, that just sounds fucking fantastic. I owned a NA a few years ago, still miss it.

Why do they have to have the historic race weekend RIGHT smack bang in the middle of my exam week every year? Bastards!

update:

I have made a air box and installed my new steering wheel.
also brought a Radiator Cooling Panel which seems to work but i really need the bottom part to direct
the air from the front bar to the intercooler.
since its been tuned iv been to a few track days at the speed dome!
its so much fun to thrash around !!

anyway pictures:

Light cars, as u said earlier, are the best. Easy on fuel, easy on tyres, fit them anywhere and zipp around between the traffic. Kinda like light girls...lots of fun! No more fat heavy bitches for me. Go light!

This is @1.08bar on a 1.6 litre, and the dips/swayie torque-curve is the clutch slipping!

So... what's happening? :beer

FWIW it's not torque but is tractive effort and I have been told that there is no formula that will convert TE to Newton Metres.
Glenn I am in no way rubbishing or trying to pour cold water on an excellent result But realisticly it doesn't have twice the tq of say a 6.3 AMG

Great :??? minds think the same LOL
I was thinking 3rd gear and was there any allowance in the result taking into account the torque multiplication due to the run not being carried out in 4th ??

Glenn, why do you get to have all the fun? power to weight must be shaming alot of supercars yeah?
