Right. Got all the suspension in... Finally!!!

Ive been trying to get some wider outer rims for my rear wheels as they have 25mm spacers atm. And they will fit fine with out the spacers. The rims are 8.5 inches wide and wanted to go to a 9.5 or 10 width. But according to Work Wheels NZ, Work Japan do not sell parts separately. They did say I could send them to japan for the Work factory to do, but that would cost around $2500!!!!! I cant even buy another pair the right width as this style was discontinued 3 years ago :(
Any ideas people???

The work wheels have there own bolt patten and rim design so Ive been told. I could try getting some simmons rims undrilled I guess.
There is a set of Wrok Wheels on Trade Me that could do the job, but are expencive for something that I dont know will work.
Heres the link http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =169728613

those rims on tardme are friggn nice, but yeah 3k is a hell of a lot of money, especially since you only really need two of them.

although, couldnt you swap the outers around, and put your unwanted outer back on the tardme rims, then re-sell them? would still get very good money im thinking.

But even if you leave it as it is, its still a damn good looking starion, easily the nicest flatty around.

Looking forward to seeing ya car in the flesh, only 6 more months of school to go
Hey man.

I measured the hat height needed to fit my setup on the other side of the pickup points. The hat height will have to be 45mm plus the thickness of the bracket. So if your going to use a 10mm bracket the hat height will have to be 55mm. Which is quite a bit..... Not sure what you could get that high in a 315mm disc.

I know!!! I might try and get a price for to new ones in that style and swap centres. Then resell the new centres and my old rims as a good pair...

yeah i think that'd be your best bet. newies should cost under a grand each, then you can recoup at least half of that when u sell the others.
