Dave no one is bagging you but if you just post up your dyno it will just back up your claim. Actually I wouldnt mind see pics of your engine bay as i've only ever seen pics of the engine outside the car.

drag time slip

Post by davidbek95 »

No has not been on the strip for one reason when they are put on it rains, the other reason is as i am still playing with it.but june 16th the drag meeting on i will be there,Brendan will be there as well, with his red starion,as this meeting is a car show, swap and sell, drag meeting,i will not predict a time down quarter mile,Brendan has seen my dyno sheet and driven my car,as there is only one engine builder banner,i will stand behind and support,as brendan and troy stand beside on this.

I would be the last person to say David is bullshitting, I've spoken with Chris and he knows what he is doing.

The only thing I dislike about him is his old-skool ways in not pushing the envelope as far as it can go...... but other then that he's doing the Starion scene a lot more then most of us put together with our Stazs' always being off the road.... :beer

I'm interested to see what the torque and hp curves are like. :)

People can claim it's fake, but I bet you no one will have the balls to call the Tuner themselves and question their integrity.

Post it up dave. The tuner isnt dodgy. They are actually known by alot of people and have their own 8sec drag car.

One thing dave.. Just expect mine to read a little higher then yours, rofl rofl rofl rofl

Because boost doesn't matter anyway...... unless you know the exact Turbo he is running, you can't even guess how much is left in it........

what?!
it doesn't matter what boost that is running at?

The turbo does not look choked up it looks like the power tops out when the boost limit is reached.

If he said it was at 15psi and achieved 300rwhp I'd say that the intake, head, cam and exhaust are running very efficiently...
If it was made on 22 psi I'd say that still impressive but on par with other SOHC on here.

AND what rpm is the motor doing at 96kph? (what diff is he running?)
If I had to guess I'd say that he has the 3.9:1 diff in it and peak power (first hump) is about 4000rpm AT A GUESS :D

At the rate of climb I'd say that the motor has a lot more in it... the boost just needs to be turned up... From what??? to 28psi? if it can motor handle it. :D

As a torque comparison.
This beast makes 1850lb torque compared to Redzone's that make 1250lb and is a quick car.
