max boost about .7 BAR (10psi) thats were the green line on the stock boost gauge ends.
You may get away with a bit more with an intercooler prehaps 12psi, but thats probably best setup with a boost gauge running off the manifold pressure and high octane fuel (98 ron)
I havn't got to the intercooler stage yet.
Powerplant: Chipped stock ECU, 2044cc, 8.5:1, head intake enlarged and polished, exhaust manifold enlarged,
Balance-shafts eliminated, Intercooled, TC06 @ 10psi, 2.5" high flow exhaust system and dump pipe.

you don't have IC ? so what boost do you have? (I understand that you have a MBC - right?)

ps.what is number of HP and Nm of your Starion?

EDIT:

I have just been on your site :D and now I know that you don't have IC, and your boost is 10psi.

but could you tell me (if you know) how much do you got HP and Nm now (with MBC - 10psi)

ps. I also want to install IC. while you install IC to your car , you will be also change something else in car?? (for example ECU, mixer or whatever???)

Regards, Maciej
