Glad to hear you got it back. At least the damage is minimal and repairable. I assume you'll install a really big dog in it now?

Put hidden kill switches for the fuel pump and ignition. Or maybe the ECU power so even if they hot wire the ignition it won't start.

Hey mate, that strut brace, how come it fitted over the TB inlet? Mine didn't fit over it with that model inlet. Grumbly, did you change it at all?

This is the best insurance policy of them all. Glad to see you got it back.

Woody they won't fit the 2.6 TBI, but fit fine with the Magna intake

The bars have a bit more bend, not much, dunno if that changed any clearance issues.

Its because its the 2L Engine, not the 2.6L
Computer games don't affect kids I mean if PacMan affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music :D

If in doubt, remove one of the kick panel screws so that the kick "swings".

For security, unplug one of the ECU plugs, but leave it sittting in the socket. Replace kick.

It saved my purple one about 10 years ago. :)

Oh ok, its a 2litre. That would explain it. Plus the little bit of EXTRA bend. Thanks.

Doesn't matter anyways as I am going Magna MPI in about 4 months.
