i've had my JA starion for 3 mounths and still lovin it just recentley put in a gear knob and a boost guage so it looks pretty micky...

I know this car! Was this the one on Warrigal road? How much did you end up paying for it? Drives really well, bloke who had it didn't even know what it was! Took it for a test drive and he was nearly crying in the passenger seat! Couple of things to clean up and she'll come up a beauty! :beer

yeah that's the one and i payed $4999 for it and i know i got ripped off but i did'nt know it at the time i loved the car and i did'nt care. but i fixed a few things on it like the radiator was 20% blocked and it cost me $276 to fix. the axuator hose had a split in it and ma brother from another mother helped me fix it, and he has a silver JB and yeah i'm gettin a cooler for it and then i'm getting a compter for it probs a wolf 3D and then some nice white simmons rims or somethin like that but yeah she will polish up nice...

I'd probably have a look at rebuilding the engine if you want power out of it, she's done the same amount of clicks as mine! Even though she drives awesome...! Was a bit confused with seat retrim! He wanted 5k for it when I was looking at it, I went over it pretty good, he was dreaming, but for 5k you bought a piece of motoring history with a new paint job that drives well! We aren't all on this forum because we can't afford anything else (well...most of us) we are here because Starions are where it's at! Welcome to the elite! :beer

Oh, I almost forgot, you have no front air spoiler! That's the metal lip under the engine like in pic!

See if any of the guys have a red one lying around (points at crowd of Austarion members for volunteers) if not I have my old one you can have, but it's silver! PM me if you get no offers! :D

those front air dams get bent up and stone chipped pretty nicely :)

i got to straighten mine out and repaint it, or just leave it off.

yeah i know i did'nt get ripped off with the car cause it's a crazy car... it drives nice and boost comes in easy as.

The paint job is in extremely good condition and as is the engine, but eventually i will end up doin work to it and i want to get the engine upto bout 170kw which is pretty quick for a starion atm with the exause it's probs like 135kw so not much to go...

but i do need a front air spoiler i've posted a topic and hopefully someone will pm me with one and maybe a pic so i can only wait...
