I'd have to agree with the suggestion of an easily removable (but securable) barrier of some kind to protect it. lets face it, it's on the road so sooner or later someone, be it this woman or someone else is going to hit it again and theres few enough stazz's as it is, we don't want it cleaned up any more.

You know, and so does she probably (though she won't admit it) that it was her, but we all know the damage is really not enough to worry the lawyers, police or courts with, just enough to give you the almighty shits. :x

Theres no point exacting revenge because the chances are she's the type of person who's vindictive enough (she's already stubborn) to ACTUALLY follow it up. My uncle was nearly run off the road on his motorcycle and the guy laughed at him so at the traffic lights he kicked the merc's tail lights in. The guy came back at him with a demand for damages not only for the tail lights but also to the paint damage caused by the guy trying to run him off the road. There was nothing my uncle could do...the dude was a lawyer or something and he had witnesses at the intersection, but my uncle had none on the freeway.

Best answer is a barrier...after all if your dog keeps ripping up your garden bed, the best answer is to keep it out of the goddamn garden.

shame sorry to hear this
i say bring your digi cam up the driveway to her car while she is looking if not make sure she is and take pics of the damage on her car
let her know that you are sending these pics to your insurance company as asked by them, unless she is willing to bear costs of panel damage

let her know if the insurance company puts her through court she will bear all court costs aswell and if it goes that way you will ask for a new fender and since you cant get a new fender for the starion they will surely write it off which she will also incur.

it would be wise for her to do as she is told :pimp

Yeah the car has now been shifted to a safe house up north for storage as part of the victim protection program. The Corolla has been sentanced to be driven by an idiot, then years later death penalty by boy racer ownership.
