Any ideas how I can sneak it past the CAMS official?
Just make up a mount that can be attached to the roll cage and tell them that it is for the in car camera. Then when its time for the family drive, bolt in the passenger seat and the child seats to the 'camera' mount ;)

looking nice, i can imagine how much harder it goes since i was in it last.

as for cams officials, it would involve female members of austarion and distraction, not sure how they could distract them tho........
