it`s been a long road but today the engine was refitted and fired up
a few teething problems leaking fuel line no clutch but easy fix`s
still more to do, exhaust ball joints,brakes and tires
anyway here is a few pic`s

Wow, looks great!
There's a nice freshness about it to the engine bay and the panel fit on the second pic looks incredible.
I hope you dress it up with some of those reproduction decals on ebay! The black/orange or grey/orange side stickers will need to be custom but the side 'turbo' is available.

Thanks for the comment ,engine bay still needs to be detailed new hoses
more black paint etc.
stripes black and silver? maybe
some new wheels or powder coat
and redo the front seats black

Na not Phil`s shell
got this car from the other side of Ballarat
it was white and a bit rusty.
It`s my son`s car and he wanted it purple
there`s a thread somewhere on the forum
on the color change,big job

yeah new wheels are on the cards don't know what type to get
the car needs some chrome (but i`m old school)
my son wants black wheels :shock:
so we`ll see what around.
any suggestions on wheels?
just gotta find some spare
cash for them

Those wheels would look fully sikk on the purple Staz. And they've got both black and chrome, win win lol.

Definitely needs some SSR reverse mesh wheels or SSR MKII's with huge dish. lol.
