Tamiya RC car with widebody Starion body.

Post by STARZILA »

Thought i'd share my Tamiya TT-01E drift car. Its got an RZ sport motor. Front diff is a 1way and the rear is a little clutch type LSD. Its got 35mm wide rims and little Bridgestones too..The body isnt painted yet, its made of polycarbonate, you spray them on the inside and they come out faultless on the outside. The white is just masking for the windows.
Im going to spray it red like my real widey. :pimp

Mines the top two pics.

nice

are these 200mm shells or 190mm?

I have a tb02 sitting in a box somewhere in my garage from the days before I had a starion to play with lol

They are 200mm, but they are a wide 200 so you can fit some gangster offset!

Rather than start a new thread I will just add to this one. This is my car, just needs some rims with decent offset and i stuffed up the holes on the bonnet so just covered it with the Mitsubishi decal.

I have a white one on a tamiya ta06pro with a mamba 7700kv combo :)

Swap it onto my TA03f for drifting action! I'll post pics soon.
