Ive never seen that style on a factory RHD car, does anyone know if they actually exist? All the RHD widebodies I see seem to have manual mirrors, or the same style as a JD fitted.

Might get a set from the states and have a play, they do look bloody fantastic.

So I'll be back driving this jalopy in a couple of weeks (can't wait). Aside from washing 18 months of dust off, I wonder what maintenance I'll need to do? I know I left it with an over-full fuel tank to prevent corrosion, but that fuel will probably be stale now (80L worth of mower fuel!).

A pic before we pulled it out to drive home. Very dusty and flat tires, but it started up easy enough with a jump.
I had to replace the Odyssey battery, but otherwise no dramas. Gave it a good scrub today and it appears as though some of the paint is starting to oxidise a bit. It is perhaps the impetus to get the rebuild happening.

In other news I found an R154 to go in it. One step closer.
