Sounds like there is more potential in the motor.
S0LJAH have you got an ignition map from your ecu. I would be very keen to have a look to give me some ideas.
Have you got standard cams, what other mods have you done?

No one dyno was a dyno dynamics one and the other was the world famous BS one. :)

sorry i dont have an ignition map for my dyno it was all done by a tuning shop here in nz im not able to do that sort of thing myself

My exedy heavy duty clutch cant cope, it is starting to slip in 3rd gear.

yea thats the exact problem i have

im getting a better clutch soon then winding the boost up again :D
