Mate I think our tanks are bloody big enough as it is, any bigger would add more weight and slow it down. But it sure does look sexy. If you got the same capacity tank as the stock one, I would probably do it.

Buy some sheet alloy and make a cover for your existing fuel tank, it will be easily visible with how low the tank drops anyway.
Powerplant: Chipped stock ECU, 2044cc, 8.5:1, head intake enlarged and polished, exhaust manifold enlarged,
Balance-shafts eliminated, Intercooled, TC06 @ 10psi, 2.5" high flow exhaust system and dump pipe.

yeah trhe white rally JA that i sold to chapmans had a tank guard on it, really toughened up the back of the car..
