trial run making trumpets for sohc custom MPI

i was having a chat at work the other day to a machinest regarding cutting tips for my milling machine. He said anthing that in carbide or hss will cut ally fine, so off to bunnings i went to get some hand held wood router tips and they work great.

this is a trial run on some billet 2024t3 that i found in a scrap bin at work.

now that i have a way of making the hardest parts of the manifold the rest will be easy

the rest off the car is progressing very slow, haven't had alot of time for the it lately, busy time of the year+ my girlfriend seems very content about dragging me around the shops insted of letting me work on the car :x
i will post some pics up soon.
