Shannon,

I could be wrong but didnt that car have a hot cam in it, or didnt it get fitted in the end. ie I thought Jeff went bigger cam, but if it's the one that was in it when Jeff bought it off Camotech, he was always going on about it being a "ralliart cam".

Nice dyno runs btw - have some fun and enjoy. :beer
Never argue with an idiot, it brings you down to their level and they beat you with experience.

Nah the cam was standard when i pulled the head off and got it done for jeff. It really needs a cam but for drifting its peak torque at 3k is perfect so ill play around with it at a later stage.

Well the car is capable.I just hope i can do the car justice and maybe give a nissan or 2 a scare  I bought some 20mm bolt on spacers for the front aswell to give it a little extra track.

Unfortunately i didn't make it to the drifts last night as after i fitted the power steering pump the car decided that it did not want to turn left.I finished work at 12pm yesterday and was up at 2am still trying to figure out why the car refuses to turn left. After a phone conversation to redzone i have tried bleeding the steering box and it made a big difference but unfortunately not enough and the steering just refuses to turn left quickly. After bleeding the system again this morning i almost had it right and it would steer left fast about 3/4 of the way but my friend that helped me bleed it said that the bleed valve felt funny and on inspection we found that it was actually broken and that all this time i had only been turning half of the bleed valve so it was taking in air an getting a air lock.I have to say that i am absolutely distraught as i really have worked hard to get the car to where it is including a lot of late nights and all i have to show for it is a huge stain on my driveway from where the starion dropped its power steering fluid LOL There is another drift day in a month and i am determined not to give up so i am going to pull the steering box out and get it reco'd fit some adjustable strut tops and maybe fit a cam so i can have a little more power as 124kw is not enough for me i believe the car should make more than it does.
