hotmail email address says banned

hey lads,

just tried to update my email address which happens to be hotmail and it says its been banned?

or thoughts?

Yes, hotmail addresses are banned along with a pile of other free email cos spammers use them constantly.

Perhaps make a list of emails people can use? I know some peeps that have tried to join and just gave up.

it does the same for yahoo address's. Need to change my old email to my new email and it wont let me.

We can stop having all these email addresses as banned if we only updated the 7 year old php forum.

yeah i really want to change my email to my proper email account as at the moment its my ex's email account.... and i don't want her getting all my emails and important stuff from this website.. can something be down to let me use my proper email which is a hotmail account? I'm obviously not a spammer lol.
