This site up & down like a yoyo!

Dunno what's happened but this site has crapped out twice tonight & was down for most of the weekend. It's been a bit unreliable lately, mods, any idea what's happening? Do you guys keep stats on uptime, etc? Does the site need shifting to another server or something?
