For all the audiophiles among us:
As many will know Jassa (the guru at DD) and Anselm, from Andrian Audio in Germany, have been working together for several years now to develop a new, ultra high end component speaker system.
I heard a set that was close to production in the USA last year, they were breath taking. However they have continued tweaking the crossover and final spec of the tweeter to arrive at what you see here today.
Woofer has a cast basket, the cone is aluminum, using a 38mm aluminum coil with highest temp wire with direct connect termination.
Tweeter uses a 28mm coil, cloth dome, highest temp wire. Enclosed damped chamber, 500Hz Fs, Housing and rear chamber are CNC machined from aluminum
Crossover uses metalised poly caps, low inductance coils, poly fused, crossover is at 3000Hz.
The new set is due in Australia late this year.

Yes it does.
Goes out, buys a toothbrush, drives home with it, then drives back to the shops and buys the toothbrush and drives home with it. then drives back to the shops and buys a litre of milk then drives home with it, then drives back to the shops buys the other litre of milk he needed then drives home with it, then drives back to the shops and buys a loaf of bread then drives home with it then drives back to the shops and buys an apple then drives home with it. You get the general drift here.............

We just drove the X5 on a 1600km round trip to Rockhampton.
Towing our 1700kg SPL Car (see pic) it averaged 11lt/100kms.
Got to love BMW diesel. :)
