click the 'Upload Pic' link in the 'Post Reply' section, once you upload the pic (browse for it on your hard drive), there will be a code labelled to display the image, copy that into the 'Post Reply' section.
If the picture is from another web page, right click on the picture, click on properties, view the image location and paste that web address into the 'Post Reply' section. highlight the code, then click on the Img button.

YES YES YES YES!!! Well what do you think of them rating out of 10, what size are they? I am going to order a set later this year and if there are others who also want to buy I have already spoken with Simmons wheels and a special price could be worked - budget between $2500 - $3000
the rers are a little too big in diameter for my liking. Maybe same dia front and rear in 18" as these rims are soft.

i posted that up a while ago to see if there were anymore pics of it floating around. Apparently it's photochopped.
But who cares!! It's my fav starion, fav colour, wheels even the little roof spoiler!!!

Photo chopped or not it is the stance I want and the rims are very close to the right size as well. I bet they will look great on my black widey.

A little more research on
www.starquestclub.com indicates these are sized 17x9 front and 18x10 rear.

GroupAR.. : In QLD a legal requirement is the same diameter wheel front & back.
I am interested in a set of 18" and am willing to go for it when you do.
But GOD YES that stance is just right.
Do simmons have the sizing for the widwebodies? or is it going to be a custom measure job?

they have sent me a tech sheet to fill out with all the clearances and hub sizing to be included. I will copy it and past it up next week. As far as I can remember you can go up in rim width by 1" over factory and only increase track width by 1/2". I will check with qld transport and post those details up as well. I need to get the car engined! and running before spending dollars on the rims. The rims do make a car and a widebody in particular really needs not only wide rims but a ride height to match it aggressive lines.

they're simmons OM's. OM17 or OM18. i have OM15's on my green gemini. fkn best wheels ever! ash your wheels are simmons V4's..
charlie (NXTIME) is the one to ask about sizing and offsets for a widebody.. :beer

yes, Charlie knows my car well (was his!) and when I am ready and able (don't want to waste anyones time or forget info) I will get technical and get the experts advise. I think 18" will be best option as tyres are readily available and not as expensive as 19". I don't want to 'over' tyre it as in diameter. Width I think would be 9" front and 10" back with the outside edge of the tyres just tucking in next to the guard lip (not covering the tyre on ride height - the pic I posted has the ride height correct but too much of the rear tyre is covered by rear guard. They look like 19" rims on the back to me?

Steve, 18 x 9 (F) and 10 (R) will be perfect. Offsets could be +10 to +18 front and anywhere between +10 to -10 for the rears.

I'm not sure why they'd run a 17" on the front.
A 225/40 18 is a nice fit or a 235/35 (but more expensive).
I ran 285/30 18s on my narrow body on the wheels Gary now has.
