Just wondering if anyone has successfully repaired one of those horrible foam things in the starion bumpers??
Mine has more curves than Pamela Anderson!

I have the same problem myself. I havent had a chance to open it up yet but I'll be doing some bodywork on the back of mine in a few weeks so I'll let you know after I've had a look.

You'll probably find it's not the foam insert , but the actual polyeurathane itself. Try using a hair dryer to heat up the bumper in small sections at a time , and forming the ripples out. I have had some success with my bumper using this method.

Fill them in with flexible filler, block back and paint satin black.
My painter mistakenly painted the whole car after I asked him not to paint the bare black rear bumper on my JB, and I aked him to paint it black again. Looked better than new.
