You can do this with any JB or JD lamp.
The colouring is done by a second piece of plastic behind the clear outer cover. You just remove it, and install coloured bulbs.
What makes the Conquest lights different, is the pattern in the outer plastic cover.

It's easy to do yourself. Fill the lights with boiling water, wait a few minutes and then pull them apart.
If you look around, you can get the US lights a lot cheaper than that with the red lenses still installed. Problem is though, these lights were never designed to be clear so you will find that they won't be very visible if you do this. I decided just to take out the red indicator part (illegal anyway) and leave the rest as is.

$200USD = $265-270AUD. However, the bids havent finished yet, so the price wll more than likely go up. Then you need to account for shipping ($60-120), then any taxes/duties/customs charges.
I had a set of clear Conquest lights for sale a while back for $400. Too many people complained and whinged about the price. So I kept them.

Depends how fast you want them delivered and was a guesstimate.
EDIT: between $49.50 and $104AUD for a parcel between 3 and 5 kg, Mr Pedantic :D)
Also, you can get orange-coloured lens paint from hobby shops.
