Just got off the phone with Jason, the word is that its really hard to get a straight answer out of anyone, and it'll all come down to what customs officer you get on the day, as far as extra costs go.

Best call of action will be to get them all sent to the same airport, someone pick them up and distribute them.

He's going to make a call to DHL on monday to see if anything better can be jacked up. :).
