fixed headlights

just wondering if anyone knows of any stazs with fixed headlights and do you have any photos? also does anyone have any good tricks for working with perspects? i need to make some covers but the angles are all a bit weird, does the stuff become bendable with heat without showing those little stress cracks? also if i drill holes into it will it start to crack from the hole outwards?

There are a few topics on starquest.com about this, a couple of people looking to do kits etc. As far as i know, nobody has come up with a good answer yet.
Perspex will bend with a little heat and not show the cracks. Try a heat gun first, see how you go. Or leave it in the oven on low heat and see how that goes. Put a chamfer on any holes to minimise splitting. Also use a washer to spread the load.
