seal around door locks

seeming as my car doesn't have these and rust is forming around the lock... tried googling etc.. but would anyone know if these are available anywhere (figure they would be a generic thing and easy to find)

Any something a similar thickness will work, plastic preferably so it won't hold or soak up water.
